Muchi Skin – Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Muchi Skin. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online shopping experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Cancellation

            An order can be cancelled only if,

    • It is a Pre-Designed Skin.
    • The order is at the state of processing (Before the order is confirmed or shipped).

 

An order cannot be cancelled if,

    • The order is at the state of confirmed or shipped.
    • It is a Custom Printed Skin.
    • Customized as of customer’s needs.
    • Change of Mind after order confirmed or shipped.
Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. A return cannot be initiated if,

    • The product is made as of consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
    • The Product is liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
    • The Product is a sealed product which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
    • Products which are after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
    • Change of mind after shipped or delivered.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your return request and inspect the item (Physically or Virtually), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

    • For product’s made as of consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.
    • In case of damage but not a critical impact on the product.
    • Slight difference in size of fit but not a visible issue.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.(Cannot assure approval on exchange)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Perishable goods
    • Damaged or Defective Items

 

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
